NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y.- The 914th Airlift Wing Presented, a Motivational Heritage Observance Event in Honor of Black History Month.  Mr.Samuel Radford (standing) the CEO of Inpowerment Training and Consultations was the motivational speaker at this event. Senior Airmen Christopher George of the 914 Airlift Wing Raising 6 Organization presents 1st Lt. Tina Warnock of the Civil Air Patrol,TAC Composite Squadron with surplus military uniforms donated by unit members.The CAP was on base for the Western New York Group Leadership Development school that brings over100 CAP Cadets from units all over New York State to Niagara for a full weekend of leadership classes and exercises. 1st Lt. Warnock stated that cadets as young as 12 years old join the Civil Air Patrol, which is an auxiliary of the Air Force and are required to buy their own uniforms. A Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) mobile air traffic control tower is being loaded on to a Russian owned Antonov An-124 aircraft bound for the Port Au Prince Airport. The tower will serve as the main tower for the airport. Tech Sgt. Jake Teufel and Staff Sgt.
