NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y --
As we continue to celebrate the Year of the Air Force Family, the 914th Airlift Wing Airman and Family Readiness would like to recognize the winners of the "Serving from Home: The American Military Family" essay contest winners Paul Morrow and runner up Ken Voit both from the Charter School for Applied Technologies, February 2, 2010, Buffalo, NY.
The contest required the student to write an original essay that portrays the contributions of the American Military Family. With so many servicemen and women currently serving in defense of our nation, the military family has taken on many additional roles, and is an integral component of today's military. It is important that we take time to recognize these contributions and pay tribute to them.
