Veterans' interview day

NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. --

Several members of the 914th and 107th Airlift Wings participated in a veterans’ interview day program at the Bilingual Center School 33 in Buffalo, N.Y. on October 5, 2016.

 

Eighth grade Home Language Arts and Spanish II students conducted one on one interviews with local veterans as they are completing an advanced school project to develop a deeper understanding of the United States Armed Services.

 

After completion of their projects, students will share their research of the branches of service, the knowledge they gained from the interview process, and their reflections about the sacrifices, commitment, and impacts made by our country’s veterans.
