Niagara's 328th ARS celebrates 75 years

On April 15, 2019 the 328th Air Refueling Squadron celebrates 75 years of history dating back to the 3rd Combat Cargo Squadron which flew the China-Burma-India Theater during WWII. As part of the April edition of 'The Barrel' we interviewed the first commander, 99-year-old Colonel John Moriarty.
