Colonel James F. DiFrancesco is Commander, 914th Operations Group, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, NY.

Colonel DiFrancesco was commissioned through Officer Training School and entered pilot training in 1984. He first served in 1985 here at Niagara Falls as a C-130 pilot with the 328th Airlift Squadron. After serving in numerous capacities with the 914th Airlift Wing, he left in 2008 to serve as the Commander of the 514th Operations Group, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, NJ. In November 2012, Col. DiFrancesco returned to the 914th Airlift Wing to assume his current position.
