The first responsibility of Family Support is to our customers. Everything we do for our customers must be of the highest quality and served promptly, accurately, and efficiently. To this end, we have developed partnerships with both base and local community agencies whose services support our mission. We believe that to meet the needs of our customers, we must utilize the Results Management model. This model focuses on Community Results, Safety, Health and Well-Being, Personnel Preparedness, Sense of Community, Family Adaptation, and Spiritual Well-Being. By fostering community partnerships, Family Support can collaborate with base and community agencies to provide the best possible services and programs!

The Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Program has been recognized as being essential for creating and maintaining the morale of military personnel. Services programs have provided food, lodging, and recreation support for military members. In 1992, MWR and Services merged with the new name being "Services". Now, Services has merged with Personnel and we are now called "Force Support Squadron".
Here at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, the 914th Force Support Squadron offers top quality programs, facilities, and events. Please review any of the pages on the web site to find out about our program.
