328th celebrates 75th anniversary with 99-year old former commander

On April 15, 2019, Reserve Citizen Airmen of the 328th Air Refueling Squadron here celebrate 75 years of history dating back to the 3rd Combat Cargo Squadron which flew the China-Burma-India Theater during WWII. Meet the squadron's first commander, 99-year-old Col. John Moriarty.
