23 members of Niagara and two members from Patrick Air Force Base graduated from a Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Development Course here, Friday, February 2, 2017.

“During the course, students received training from Air Force Reserve military facilitators,” said Senior Master Sgt. Christopher Hogenmiller, 914th Force Development Superintendent. “The training is aimed at providing Junior NCOs with tools required to become the tactical leaders needed to successfully accomplish Air Force missions.”

The course focused on NCO core competencies such as; employing military capabilities, individual readiness, managing organizations and resources, strategic thinking, leading people, effective communications, and embodying Airman culture.
