    After many years of service at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, NY the Airman's quarters, building 502 and 504 are being demolished by construction crews on December 2nd 2009 to make way for the new Community Activities Center. The new facility is scheduled to break ground later in 2010.
  • NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. -- Local employers received the Patriot Award at a commander's luncheon and ceremony here November 12, 2009. Mr. Dennis Dragich, Niagara County Community College, receives the Patriot Award from Mr. Fred Dentinger, Western New York Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR), and Col. Allan Swartzmiller, 914th Airlift Wing commander. Air Force Reservists or members of their families may nominate employers for recognition for their exceptional support of employees who are Air Force Reservists. Nominations were submitted to the ESGR, and ESGR's local committee selected the awardees.     914th takes first place in Get One Now program

    Recruiting wrapped up another successful year making our annual goal for the 9th consecutive time.  This is largely due to Air Force Reserve members that participate in the Get One Now program!The men and women assigned to Niagara Falls ARS led the way with Get One Now accessions and earned the top Get One Now program in the Air Force Reserve
