Niagara hosts ceremonial transfer of WWII USCG POW remains
To honor the memory of Lt. Thomas Crotty, United States Coast Guard, a ceremonial transfer was conducted at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. November 1, 2019. Lt.
