The first responsibility of Family Support is to our customers. Everything we do for our customers must be of the highest quality. Our customers must be served promptly, accurately and efficiently. To this end we have developed partnerships with both base and local community agencies whose services support our mission.
We believe that to meet the needs of our customers we must utilize the Results Management model. This model focuses on Community Results; Safety, Health and Well-Being, Personnel Preparedness, Sense of Community, Family Adaptation, and Spiritual Well-Being.
