The Retiree Activities Office (RAO) is dedicated to providing information and support to military retirees and their families. Our office serves veterans from all branches of the uniformed services and often assists retirees from other regions. Staffed entirely by volunteers, the RAO is an invaluable resource for navigating benefits, entitlements, and military-related matters.

The RAO is conveniently located next to the Main Lodging Office and across from the Community Activities Center (CAC). We welcome walk-in clients, telephone calls, and emails.
Volunteer Opportunities
Our RAO is entirely staffed by volunteers from all branches of the military, including surviving spouses. If you’re interested in supporting veterans and the retired military community, please contact us to learn how to volunteer.

- ID Cards: Assistance with issuing or updating identification cards
- Pay Information: Help with military pay records
- Service Records: Locating and updating service records
- Benefits Guidance: Federal and State benefits, VA Disability Compensation, Survivor Benefit Plans, and more
- Travel: Space-Available Travel support
- Healthcare: TRICARE and Medicare information
- Death Benefits: Guidance on survivor benefits and casualty assistance
- Legal Matters: Assistance with will preparation and estate planning
- Base Support: Maps, facility access, and local resources
- Annual Retiree Briefing: Regular updates and informational seminars
- Referrals: Contact information for Federal, State, and local agencies
