Experience Life on a Military Installation with a Group Tour!

Curious about what happens at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station? Although our facility is secure, we welcome opportunities to connect with our community and showcase the important work we do. Plan your next group visit with us by carefully reviewing the information below.


Tour Details

  • Season: Tours run annually from April 1 to September 30.
  • Availability: Tour dates may be canceled at any time due to mission requirements.

If you provide personal information, we use it solely to respond to your request. Your information will only be shared with another government agency if your inquiry pertains to that agency or if required by law.


How to Request a Tour

Step 1: Submit a Request

  • Complete and submit the Tour Request Form on this page at least four weeks before your desired tour date.

Step 2: Confirm Submission

  • Call the 914th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs Office at (716) 236-2136 to confirm we received your request.
  • If approved, we’ll email you instructions and an Entry Access Request Form.

Step 3: Submit Entry Access Form

  • Return the completed Entry Access Request Form to the Public Affairs Office at least two weeks before your tour date.
  • If we do not receive the form by this deadline, we cannot process your request or grant base access.

Step 4: Verify Receipt

  • After sending your Entry Access Request Form, call us at (716) 236-2136 to confirm we received it.
  • We are not responsible for forms that do not reach us, so it is essential to verify receipt.

Important Notes for Tour Guests

  • Guests aged 18 and older must pass a background check to enter the base.
  • Anyone aged 16 or older must bring valid photo identification (e.g., government-issued ID, official student ID, or passport).
  • Individuals without valid ID will be denied access to the base.
