Tour Details
- Season: Tours run annually from April 1 to September 30.
- Availability: Tour dates may be canceled at any time due to mission requirements.

How to Request a Tour
Step 1: Submit a Request
- Complete and submit the Tour Request Form on this page at least four weeks before your desired tour date.
Step 2: Confirm Submission
- Call the 914th Air Refueling Wing Public Affairs Office at (716) 236-2136 to confirm we received your request.
- If approved, we’ll email you instructions and an Entry Access Request Form.
Step 3: Submit Entry Access Form
- Return the completed Entry Access Request Form to the Public Affairs Office at least two weeks before your tour date.
- If we do not receive the form by this deadline, we cannot process your request or grant base access.
Step 4: Verify Receipt
- After sending your Entry Access Request Form, call us at (716) 236-2136 to confirm we received it.
- We are not responsible for forms that do not reach us, so it is essential to verify receipt.
Important Notes for Tour Guests
- Guests aged 18 and older must pass a background check to enter the base.
- Anyone aged 16 or older must bring valid photo identification (e.g., government-issued ID, official student ID, or passport).
- Individuals without valid ID will be denied access to the base.
