A spacious entrance is awaiting military,civilian workers and guests to the Community Activities Center (CAC) which is near completion at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. The CAC will replace the old 1950s era dining hall with a new, bigger modern facility. The 18,000 square foot, $10.3 million project is slated to open in mid August.
