BUFFALO, N.Y.- Colonel Mark Murphy, 914th Airlift Wing vice commander, was presented with the Excellence in Workforce Development Award for his efforts as the 914th AW Chairman of the Human Resources Development Council from Mr. William E. Leggiero, Jr., Buffalo Federal Executive Board Chairman. The Excellence in Government Awards Ceremony was held at the Buffalo Convention Center.
