Sather Air Base, Iraq - Reserve Master Sgt Joseph Kinney, 914th Logistic Readiness Squadron, receives the Air Force Commendation Medal with Valor from Brig Gen Burton Field, 332nd Air Expeditionary Wing on July 12. MSgt Kinney rendered first aid and initial medical care for two 914th LRS members, TSgts Steve Paddison and Tim Juliano who were critically injured by shrapnel when a rocket exploded outside their building in Baghdad recently.
