Col. John Higgins, Commander 107th Airlift Wing explains the capabilities of the C-130H2 Aircraft to local, state and federal legislative and or staff members as well as other local leaders at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station on December 17, 2013. In addition, the members received a legislative update by the Niagara Military Affairs Council and a brief tour of the base facilities. The Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station is home to the 914th and 107th Airlift Wings, the Military Entrance Processing Station and Army Reserve and National Guard units.
