Ogden, 4th Air Force Commander, March Air Reserve Base, CA, during the Change of Mission Ceremony, June 3, 2017, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. The Airlift Wing has been re-designated as an Air Refueling Wing, and as such, will fall under 4th Air Force moving forward. Under the new mission, the 914th will be flying the KC-135 Stratotanker.
