SMSgt. Reed-McKnight Promoted to Chief
Former Senior Master Sgt. Francenia Reed-McKnight, is promoted to the rank of Chief Master Sgt. during an official ceremony, July 8, 2017, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y.
