914th Air Refueling Wing commander, Col. Mark Larson, accepts the 2018 "Celia O'Brien Excellence in Service Award" which was awarded to the 914th at the Buffalo Stand Down event in Buffalo, N.Y. June 19, 2019. The award recognizes the volunteer efforts of members from 914 Aeromedical Staging Squadron, 30th Aerial Port Squadron, 914th Force Support Squadron, 914th Civil Engineering Squadron, and 914th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron during last year's Stand Down.
