Mr. Jason Topick, 914th Contracting Flight, receives a coin from 914th Mission Support Group commander Col. Randall Roberts, Dec. 12, 2023 at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York. Col. Roberts lauded Mr. Topick as a superior performer in a recent inspection. Specifically, Mr. Topick formulated a truly outside-the-box solution to provide contractor support over the four-day event. Mr. Topick’s plan leveraged on-site subject matter expert support for any contractor provided Base Operational Support (BOS) requests, while simultaneously maintaining available manpower resources dedicated to supporting the rest of the installation mission partners and facilities.
