Mr. Dan Franklin of the 914th Civil Engineering Flight receives a coin from Col. Randall Roberts, 914th Mission Support Group commander, Dec. 12, 2023 at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, New York. Mr. Franklin worked tirelessly in the months leading up to a recent exercise inspection, ensuring contingency plans were in place for any number of potential contracted services variables that might have affected the exercise.
