NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. --  Buffalo Military Entrance Processing Station First Sergeant Zandra Parker receives the unit flag from incoming commander, Lt. Cmdr. Robert Kenning, during a change of command ceremony held Monday, Dec. 11, 2017 at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. Kenning assumes command from outgoing commander Capt. Heather Bricka. Lt.
