Niagara civilian Airman receives Army award

NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. --  Col. Mark Larson, 914th Air Refueling Wing commander, presents Mr. Todd Keffer, 914th Emergency Manager, with the Department of the Army Commander's Award for Public Service during a civilian commander's call at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station N.Y.
