ASSUMPTION OF COMMAND
NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. — Col. James F. DiFrancesco (right) accepts command of the 914th Operations Group from Col. Allan L. Swartzmiller, 914th Airlift Wing commander, in an assumption of command ceremony here, December 1, 2012. Col. DiFrancesco takes command at a base where he previously had been stationed earlier in his military career.
