NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. --  Lt. Col. Kelvin McElroy, 914th Maintenance Group commander, (left) presents the 914th Maintenance Group Impact Player of the Year Award to Mr. Dennis Paradowski, 914th Maintenance Squadron propulsion technician, during an informal gathering at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station on December 22, 2011. Mr. Paradowski, retired in 1996 after serving 20 years as an Air Force Reservist, but continues to serve his country as a civilian.
