Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. -- Members of the New York Army National Guard ,105th Military Police Company unit say goodbye to friends and family this morning in a ceremony at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station before leaving for additional training and deployment to an undisclosed location in Southwest Asia.

105th Military Police have been training for this mission for almost a year and are heading for even more training before they leave. For several in the unit this will not be the first visit to where they spent a previous one-year tour.

These deployed members of the 105th will be engaged in various missions that include providing security for convoys, area route security and the training of the local police force.
