Niagara welcomes newest NCOs

NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. -- NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y-Col. Mark Murphy (left) 914th Airlift Wing Vice Commander and 914th Airlift Wing Command Chief Master Sgt. Scott Scharlau congratulate Staff Sgt. Scott Olyer, 914th Communications Squadron for being one of 22 graduates from the class of the 2011 Non-Commissioned Officer Leadership Development Course recently held at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station.

914th Airlift Wing leadership at the graduation encouraged the graduates to continue on with their education and use what they learned here towards civilian education. The leadership stressed that the pursuit of higher education will always help the NCOs in their Air Force careers.
