Niagara Falls Air Reserve Firemen in Action!

The Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Fire Department lends it support during a simulated chemical spill exercise at the Rainbow Bridge. The Rainbow Bridge was closed to international travel for several hours during the multi agency drill where members of the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station Fire Department set up a mobile decontamination facility to help with the decontamination of victims and fire fighters exposed to the chemical hazard.
The exercise included police and agents of the Niagara police, Niagara Falls, NY, the Niagara Falls Bridge Commission, the Canada Border Services Agency, United States Custom and Border Protection, Niagara Emergency Medical Services, Emergency Medical Services - United States, the Niagara Falls, Ont., fire department and their counterparts from Niagara Falls, NY. It also included a Niagara chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear hazardous materials group.
