NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. --  Lt. Cmdr. Robert Kenning (right), Buffalo Military Entrance Processing Station commander, is presented the Air Force Achievement medal by Col. Mark Larson, 914th Air Refueling Wing commander, March 29, 2019 Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. Lt. Cmdr. Kenning was nominated for the decoration by Lt. Col.
