NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. -- Ramstein active duty instructors from the Kisling Non-Commissioned Officer Academy utilized the air station here for teaching the course while their base is undergoing renovations. The Kisling NCOA is one of ten schools worldwide.
