Cole Huson selected as honorary 2nd Lt.

NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. --  Honorary 2nd lieutenant for a day Cole Huson poses for a photo in front of a 914th Air Refueling Wing KC-135R Stratotanker at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. on June 27, 2019. Cole was nominated to become an Airman for a Day, part of the Stone's Buddies Oishei Children's Hospital program in Buffalo. About four times a year one child from the program is chosen and gets to meet some of Niagara's Reserve Citizen Airmen and given a grand tour of the air base. The tour included the base fire department, riding in one of the crash rescue trucks and operating its water cannon. An inside tour of a KC-135 Stratotanker, tour of Security Forces operations, and presentation of a wing commander’s coin were also included on this special day. (U.S. Air Force photo by Peter Borys)
