NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. -- Congratulations to the following 914th Air Refueling Wing Airmen selected via the STEP II program for promotion on October 1st 2019. Each has demonstrated outstanding potential and the ability to serve in the next higher grade.
The STEP II program is a commander's program designed to promote the most deserving Airmen, especially those who are blocked from promotion due to a lack of position vacancies common in Reserve units.
