Airmen in the 914th Air Refueling Wing's Development and Training Flight stand in formation during a wing-wide 9/11 Ceremony on Sept. 11, 2021, at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. The DTF is where the unit's upcoming Airmen go once they have passed all tests and necessary requirements to join the Air Force Reserve.
