NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. -- Once again it's time to break out the snow shovels, snow blowers and any other snow removal equipment. After a brief break from snowfall and below average temperatures in the Niagara Region it's once again getting another dose of what mother nature has to offer.
