NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. -- Over 25 vendors were on hand at the Get Fit Wellness Seminar held here January 15 in the Niagara Heritage Center.

This informational and fun wellness seminar provided bone density and glucose/BMI screenings, smoking cessation information, animal therapy and more to those who attended.
