Fitness center receives new exercise equipment

NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. --        The  fitness center here was recently upgraded with eight new treadmills, three elliptical machines, three AMTs (Advanced Motion Trainers) and three bicycles.
      The Air Force mandates that fitness centers replace cardio equipment every 3 years. The new machines are from a company called Precor, a highly respected brand of fitness equipment.
      Mike Williams, the Recreation Director here, regards the new fitness equipment as a step up from the old, not only because the machines are new but also because the fitness center is staffed with an expert in Precor equipment which means a decrease in machine downtime.
      Each machine comes equipped with its own television, which is also a huge plus.
      Williams adds that the integrated television systems will definitely enhance people's exercise experience.
