May 5, 2019 Ramstein instructors teach NCOA at Niagara Ramstein active duty instructors from the Kisling Non-Commissioned Officer Academy utilized the air station here for teaching the course while their base is undergoing renovations. The Kisling NCOA is one of ten schools worldwide.
