Ray Shields, Adjutant General for the State of New York, presided over the Change of Command ceremony for the 107th Attack Wing at Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. on November 17, 2018. Col. Robert Kilgore relinquishes command after serving three years as wing commander. Col. Gary Charlton II assumes command after serving as vice wing commander for the 107th Attack Wing since May 2016.
