Base volunteers participate in United Way Day of Caring

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Senior Airman Jackson Zimmerman, 107th Maintenance Squadron, fills a backpack with donated school supplies at First Niagara Arena August 15. Several volunteers from the 914th and 107th Airlift Wings volunteered their time to help in the 20th annual United Way Day of Caring. As just one part of the overall Day of Caring, over 100 volunteers gathered in the arena to fill 4,000 backpacks which will be given to needy local area school children.
