Team Niagara prepares for inspection

QUONSET AIR NATIONAL GUARD BASE, R.I. - Team Niagara members traveled to Rhode Island June 27, 2012 to make final preparations for a joint Operational Readiness Inspection deployment scheduled for later this summer. Members of the 914th and 107th Airlift Wings met with their ORI counterparts of the 143rd Airlift Wing to discuss their 6 keys to a successful joint inspection: checklists, plans, airflow, advanced team composition and site survey, specialized team assignments, and training. To help gauge the readiness of personnel processing procedures being put into place for the upcoming ORI, visiting Team Niagara members went through an inprocessing line set up by their Rhode Island hosts.
