BUFFALO, N.Y.- Colonel Tim McCoy, 914th Mission Support Group commander, was presented with the Distinguished Government Service Award for his leadership of the Wing's Mission Support Group employing over 800 reservists and civilians from Mr. William E. Leggiero, Jr., Buffalo Federal Executive Board Chairman. The Excellence in Government Awards Ceremony was held at the Buffalo Convention Center.
