Erie County Legislator aids Cupid

Erie County Legislator Edward A. Rath III, meets with members of the 914th and 107th Airlift Wings while he delivers hundreds of Valentine’s Day cards made by local school children during a presentation at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station February 7, 2014, Niagara Falls, NY. In the weeks leading up to Valentine’s Day, Legislator Rath visited the schools to personally collect the cards and thank the students for their participation. When meeting with the students, Legislator Rath encouraged them to honor veterans year round and to always thank a veteran or member of the military when they have a chance.
