Niagara hosts Hurricane Hunters
Members of the 914th Airlift Wing meet with members of the 53rd Weather Reconnaissance Squadron from Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, on Tuesday, September 6th, 2016. Four aircraft from Keesler were here as part of the Hurricane Hunter’s mission of monitoring and measuring Hurricane Hermine off the coast of New York. The plane was able to receive necessary maintenance and fuel and crew members were able to receive lodging and rest allowing them to focus on their mission.
