SMSgt Victorine Hogenmiller promoted to Chief
Chief Master Sgt. Victorine Hogenmiller, 914th Maintenance Group, is formally recognized for her promotion to the rank of Chief Master Sgt. during an official ceremony, December 1, 2018, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. Chief Master Sgt. Hogenmiller's father, husband and son congratulated her by tacking on her insignia. Attaining the rank of Chief is a significant milestone in an Airman's career as only one percent of the Air Force enlisted force may hold the rank of chief master sergeant.
