Catholic priest joins officer corp in the Air Force Reserve.

NIAGARA FALLS AIR RESERVE STATION, N.Y. - 914th Airlift Wing commander Colonel Reinhard Schmidt reads Capt. John R. Bastian his oath of office during a ceremony in the commander's office.
