NIAGARA FALLS ARS, N.Y. - Lt. Col. (Father) John Gaglione, Catholic Chaplain for the 914th Airlift Wing, receives the U.S. Flag upon the occasion of his retirement while 914th Airlift Wing commander Col. Reinhard Schmidt and Bishop Edward Kmiec of the Buffalo Diocese look on. Lt. Col. Gaglione retires from the Air Force Reserve after more than 24 years of dedicated and faithful service.
