Spin cycle becomes popular fitness program at Niagara
Mr. Steve Brown (background center), 914th Air Refueling Wing Drug Demand Reduction Program Manager, encourages participants during a popular spin cycle class on February 7, 2018 at the Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station, N.Y. The program now incorporates a 30 minute Spin Cycle with a 30 minute Cross-Fit class coached by Brown and Miss Deanna Sikora, 914th Force Support Squadron Recreation Assistant. The program is conducted every Monday and Wednesday and is open to all members of the base. "Indoor Cycling is one of the best forms of cardio you can do with the least impact on your body," said Brown. Contact the gym at 236-2101 for class times. More bikes have been ordered to keep up with the demand. (U.S. Air Force Photo by Peter Borys)
