Medical Airmen Train to Fight

Airmen from the 914th Air Refueling Wing's Aeromedical Staging Squadron, or ASTS, fly to Fort Drum, N.Y. on September 8th, 2018 to participate in joint combat training. Senior leadership gave junior airmen from the 914th ASTS the task of organizing the event. This provided members with basic combat skills and an opportunity for junior airmen to lead.

FORT DRUM, N.Y. -- Airmen from the 914th Air Refueling Wing's Aeromedical Staging Squadron flew to Fort Drum, N.Y. on September 8th, 2018 via U.S. Army helicopter to participate in joint combat training. Senior leadership gave junior Airmen from the 914 ASTS the task of organizing the event. This provided members with basic combat skills and an opportunity for junior Airmen to lead.
