Base Fitness Center reopens with revised operating procedures

The Base Fitness Center has reopened for essential personnel working on base.  The hours of operation until further notice are 0600-1300hrs Monday through Friday.

We are following Air Force guidance as we resume operations at the Fitness Center and you can expect a phased in approach to resuming full operations. Decisions on expanding operations are based on the current HPCON of the installation, Air Force and CDC guidance, and Base policies. It is imperative that all patrons follow the established procedures which are intended to keep everybody healthy and safe.

Phase I – Policies & Procedures

  • Hours are restricted to Weekdays 0600-1300hrs
  • Social Distancing is required (Maintain 6’ from others)
  • Cardio Equipment has been moved into the gym and spaced to ensure Social Distancing.
  • Treadmill Room has a limit of (5) patrons at one time. Treadmill workouts have a 30 min time limit to ensure everybody can get a chance.
  • Weight Room has a limit of (8) patrons at one time. Spotters are not allowed (Use the Power Rack) if necessary.
  • The locker rooms will be available for changing but the showers are not to be used.
  • No drinking Fountains – Bring your own bottle water.
  • Clean all equipment both before and after using.
  • Do not go to areas of the building that are deemed off limits.
  • 24 Hour access is not available at this time.
